Let’s talk…
In my time supporting the Google Gemini team, I led mixed-methods research, focusing on building core user interactions for several Gemini GenAI products. I focused on understanding customers and their core interactions with Gemini and other generative AI tools. I closely collaborated with designers, PMs, and engineering to discover user pain points and needs, evaluate designs, and test product launches.
